It is intangible, but worth a fortune.
For us, quality is no longer an abstract concept.
The quality has become deeply ingrained in our actions, crystallizing into our corporate culture.
It originates in the precision of craftsmanship, embodying the pledge of integrity as our foundation.
It drives our “innovative development, propels our relentless pursuit of excellence, and ultimately delivers customer satisfaction.

To deepen the implementation of the company's quality values, enhance quality culture and leadership, and strengthen quality awareness among all employees, we held the finals of the 2025 Quality Values Theme Speech Contest titled Precision Manufacturing, Winning Through Quality on November 28, 2025.
Mr. Shi Junnan, Vice Chairman and Chief Quality Officer (CQO) of the company, Mr. Yang Dasheng, Vice President of the Substrate Division, along with heads of production, technology, quality, and functional centers, attended the event. Together with all employees, they witnessed a fierce contest.

The Quality Speech Contest commenced registration on October 1st. Following preliminary rounds across all departments and spanning nearly two months, 23 contestants with profound insights into quality have advanced to the finals.
This event is not merely a verbal competition; it embodies our collective commitment to the Precision Manufacturing quality policy: Integrity in Service, Pursuit of Excellence, and Customer Satisfaction.
Before the formal speech competition commenced, a quality-themed short film titled “Each of You is a Guardian of Huaqing Quality” was screened.
Within the film, the simple yet heartfelt words and the focused figures embodied the warmest and most vivid interpretation of Huaqing's philosophy: “Precision Manufacturing, Winning Through Quality.”
This commitment to quality requires resonance from each of us, and it demands compelling expression.

At the finals venue, contestants from various departments of the company took the stage one after another, delivering outstanding presentations.
Frontline production colleagues shared their commitment to upholding process standards in daily operations; representatives from the R&D department outlined practices for embedding quality into innovation; while the quality control team expressed their unwavering stance on safeguarding product quality through comprehensive process oversight.
Additionally, representatives from functional departments such as marketing, human resources administration, IT, and finance each offered their unique perspectives on “quality”—whether through integrity in client service, organizational safeguards, or cost-effectiveness—demonstrating their multifaceted and profound understanding of the concept.
Each of you is a guardian of Huaqing's quality. Through their perspectives and stories, 23 contestants have shown us the weight of “quality.”

After intense competition, the contest ultimately awarded one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and seventeen honorable mentions.
At the awards ceremony, leaders presented trophies, certificates of honor, and cash prizes to the winning contestants in turn, expressing high recognition for their dedicated efforts in upholding quality values and promoting quality culture.

Looking back on this competition, from the meticulous preparations of the contestants to the professional evaluations by the judges, and the attentive listening of every colleague present, all of us collectively engaged in a profound dialogue on “quality.”
From process improvements in production workshops to standard development in technical departments, and on to collaborative support from functional departments, 23 contestants shared their insights from diverse perspectives:
Quality is never the responsibility of a single department; it is a belief that requires the participation and collective commitment of every employee. This is precisely why we launched this competition—to ensure that the cultural principle of “Quality First” permeates every corner of our company through each and every story shared.
The competition may end, but the pursuit never ceases. The conclusion of the contest is not the finish line, but rather a new starting point for us to implement our quality policy of “Precision Manufacturing, Integrity in Service, Pursuit of Excellence, and Customer Satisfaction.” Let us carry the insights and reflections gained from this competition back to our workplaces and take them into action. As long as we unite as one, internalizing quality consciousness and externalizing it through our actions, then “making Huaqing a byword for high quality in the AlN industry” will not be a distant dream, but a future we are bound to achieve!
